You start this snowshoe tour in the former village of Lü at 1920 m.a.s.l.. On the road you first hike to Lü Daint and then through the forest "Il Denter" to Champatsch. The trail continues past the Pass da Costainas to Fuorcla Sassalba, where you can take the opportunity to make a detour to the Muntet (2763m.a.s.l.). From Fuorcla Sassalba you return to Lü via Valmorain.
