Das «Meisser Gym» bietet ein umfangreiches Trainingscenter, auf 1670 m ü. M., mitten in der Natur, mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Engadiner Bergwelt. Gesundheit und körperliche Fitness stehen im Vordergrund. Die Infrastruktur zielt besonders auf funktionelles und individuelles Training ab. Natürlich bieten wir auch ein umfangreiches Fitnessprogramm mit professionellem Trainer an.
Das «Meisser Gym» befindet sich neben der Meisser Lodge am Ende vom Dorf. Die Nutzung für Resortgäste ist kostenlos. Für externe Gäste werden Monats-, Halbjahres und Ganzjahresabos angeboten.

- Von Süden: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) oder Ofenpass (Val Müstair-Zernez) auf H27
- Guarda erreicht man ab der Engadiner Strasse H27 bei Giarsun in ca 5 Minuten (10 Minuten Fahrtzeit ab Vereina Südportal)
