This attractive holiday home with modern amenities is in one of the typical houses of the Engadine region, close to the center of the small village.

The holiday home consists of two units: one 3 1/2 room flat in the first floor for 4 persons and a 1-bedroom studio on the ground floor with WC/shower and mini-kitchen with the decorative wooden panelling typical of the Engadine. In total there are six beds offering high comfort mattresses. The two units are seperated by a staircase in the corridor. It is an ideal unit for bringing grandparents, friends, older children or as a work or relax area (fast cable Internet access available in both units).

The ski bus departs 20 m from the house. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the end of the renowned Dream Piste which leads all the way to Sent from the ski area Motta Naluns. A bakery is close by (300 m, open also on Sunday mornings). Butcher, Dairy, cafe, Bar, restaurants, bank, post office, super market Volg all in walking distance. 1 car park in the garage is available, also a place for ski boots and skis.
