Enjoy the tranquillity of the typical Engadine village of Guarda, home of the Schellen-Ursli. Surrounded by sgrafitto-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park and a skiing and bathing offer that is second to none, you will be greeted by the locals with a friendly Allegra on the street.

The 70m2 flat is on the first floor of the Chasa Sur Chafarrer in Guarda. The house is in a very quiet location just outside the village. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites and the unique pine forests of the Lower Engadine. The attic flat, furnished with great attention to detail, radiates a cosy flair so that you will feel right at home! The dining table in the kitchen or the sofa in the living room invite you to linger over a glass of wine and good conversation.

The grocery store and the post office are in the village centre (approx. 400m away). Guarda can be reached by post bus from Giarsun railway station. From Guarda you can go on wonderful ski tours to Val Tuoi. The Motta Naluns ski area can be reached by car from Ftan in 15 minutes. The access road is cleared regularly in winter, but depending on the snowfall and road conditions, snow chains or 4x4 drive are an advantage. A pick-up service from the train station can be organised. In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The hike from Guarda into Val Tuoi to the beautiful Lai Blau or the Schellen-Urseli hike for young and old are very popular.
