The holiday home is situated in Fuldera Daint, directly by the hiking trails, e.g. the Road to Santiago through Grisons, cross-country ski tracks, snowshoe and ski touring trails.
Straight from the front door you can follow the cross-country tracks of Olympic champion Dario Cologna in winter, or in the other seasons hike to the surrounding mountains Piz Daint, Dora, Turettas or Terza as well as the (lake) Lai da Rims or the (valley) Val Mora.
From the nearby postbus stop Fuldera Daint you can easily set off for further excursions with dream landscapes within the Val Müstair Nature Park or in the Swiss National Park with free public transport already from Zernez integrated in the booking.
In wintertime the ski post bus grants you free of charge transportation to the contemplative skiing area Minschuns with 360 degree mountain panorama view including the impressive Ortler mountainous massif.
Sightings of wild animals such as bearded vultures, golden eagles, ibex, deer, roe deer or chamois are not uncommon and, with a bit of luck and a good eye, can even be observed from the living room window on the opposite Munt Lü.
Bycyclists benefit from breathtaking nature trails, a nonstop cycle path through the entire Val Müstair and Val Venosta until Meran or even Bozen, or fantastic pass routes over Oven pass, Umbrail and Stelvio pass.
Motorcylists too enjoy the near Swiss Alpine passes as well as the ideal location based at the gate to the mighty Dolomites.
The village shop, the Chastè da Cultura (cultural center) as well as the excellent guesthouse Staila can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes.
