You have a whole house to yourself ...
Through the entrance door you enter the Solèr, the large access room to the traditional Engadine parlour with tiled stove as well as the spacious vaulted kitchen with dining table. This is equipped with crockery for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils for daily use (incl. Nespresso machine and Italian cafetiera). The piano is located in the solèr. Shower/WC and laundry room/WC/wardrobe are also on this floor as well as the storage room.
Through the staircase you reach the upper floor with the spacious reading lounge, the 3 separate bedrooms (2 with double bed, one with 2 single beds) as well as the study.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole house, heating is electric.
There are 2 free parking spaces in front of/next to the house.
In winter:
The children's ski area and the cross-country ski run as well as a small ice rink are within a few minutes walking distance. The free ski bus stops half-hourly right next to the house and takes you to the chairlift leading up to Prui and the Motta Naluns ski area. Scuol offers a large spa, attractive shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and cultural events. In Ftan, there is a sports shop, a grocery store, a bakery and various farm shops. Other shopping facilities in Scuol include Coop, Denner, bakeries and butchers, sports shops, ski and bike rental etc.
Summer:
Wonderful hiking routes - the Way of St. James passes directly by our house - can be reached from the front door. The Lai da Padnal invites you to a refreshing swim, bike trails of various levels of difficulty can be reached directly from the village or by chairlift; there is a rope park in Sur En, river rafting and kayaking in Scuol.
In Ftan, rural life lives on our doorstep. We look forward to your visit!
