«Tamangur» – the fairytale name of Europe's highest stone pine forest – crowns the hiking day. Steep trail over the old Pass da Costainas with a pleasant descent past Alp Astras to the idyllic village of S-charl.

The trail leads over several suspension bridges from the art nouveau Val Sinestra spa house, which is said to be haunted, to Zuort. From there it continues via Griosch to Vnà.

Leisurely and easy hike on a mostly wide road along the sunny southern slope with a view of the snow-covered mountain peaks of the Sesvenna and Pisoc groups on the opposite side of the valley. Benches along the way invite you to take a short rest and enjoy the view.
